About Me.

Sally Hoch (pronounced "Hoke") is a kidlit author, freelance writer, educator, speaker, and education advocate. Sally is a #STEMgirl, gravitating always to math and the "non-icky" sciences. (You know, the sciences she didn't find gross as a kid.)

Sally is an active member of SCBWI OK/AR (where she is the Assistant Regional Advisor), and she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and playing the piano. She lives in Oklahoma with her husband and two busy children.

Sally is a picture book author and middle grade novelist. Many of her stories include STEM and SEL themes.
